HGIG OR ITS MEMBERS DOES NOT WISH TO RECEIVE UNSOLICITED IDEAS, INCLUDING IDEAS FOR NEW ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS, NEW PROMOTIONS, NEW PRODUCTS OR TECHNOLOGIES, PROCESSES, MATERIALS, MARKETING PLANS OR NEW PRODUCT NAMES. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY ORIGINAL CREATIVE ARTWORK, SAMPLES, DEMOS, OR OTHER WORKS. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HGIG with regard to your use of the Site. The Terms and the relationship between you and HGIG shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions and each party shall submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New York City, New York. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
